The BUCKEYE NINE presents, in association with Recycle North and Recycle North Building Materials Supply Center, the third semi-annual conjuring of artist inspired miniature golf: Putt-Putt: A course made of recycled materials. Where's the first tee and what's the course record? We don't know yet! This 9-hole course will be built on-site for the Art-Hop weekend. Come experience installation art as mini-golf... or it is mini-golf as installation art?

In this economy it is more important to HAVE FUN and SUPPORT the things we value. In that spirit Conant Metal & Light and the Soda Plant, have joined forces to launch an annual event that taps into Vermont’s creative spirit and supports the community. Chairs to be shown and judged during Art Hop. All chairs will be functional and for sale. Proceeds to benefit ReCycle North and SEABA.

The "Imagination Library" literacy project was introduced in Burlington by the Burlington Sunrise Rotary Club in 2007, and this year it will participate in the Art Hop by having a fundraising festivity including a wine and beer tasting by Vermont Wine Merchants and Magic Hat, light fare, live music by Mellow Yellow, and a “penny auction” featuring dozens of prizes, including a three-night getaway to the new Caleton Club & Villas at Cap Cana, Dominican Republic. Champlain College's site provides a provocative mix of graphic design, painting, sculpture, photography, live musical performance, performance art and computer-based media. Champlain College's Emergent Media Center will showcase an innovative type of fusion: art, programming, design and learning. There will be student-crafted interactive media: games for healthcare, archeology, training, and social change; Google mapping technology customized for our community; iPhone app development and much more.
